Hey! I’m Ashley, the baker and artist behind Clifford Cookie Co.

I have been married to my husband Alex since 2013 and we have four kids together. We’ve lived in Delano since 2019, and I began trying my hand at making decorated sugar cookies in 2021.

What started as a love for creativity and detail has officially grown into a small cookie business. I specialize in hand-decorated sugar cookies, paint your own sets, and mini bites that are designed to complement your celebration.

Every order is made in small batches, decorated by hand and customized with intention. I have always had an eye for detail, and a love for creating and decorated sugar cookies brings the two together in such a beautiful way.

I have had a registered Cottage Food License through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA License #20262866) since 2023 - All products are made in a home kitchen not subject to state inspection.
